At Katamu Co, we want to ensure your athletic gear supports your performance perfectly. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn sports gear in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the item remains in sellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand the package to your local carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
